Naturopathic massages

In naturopathy, massage is a preventive and hygienic method whose objective is to set body fluids in motion and to evacuate the metabolites produced by the body (toxins) towards the exit doors (the famous emunctories!!) to avoid a "clogging" of the tissues.

It must be carried out within the framework of a naturopathic cure, because not only, the massage alone is limiting and must be associated with other techniques for a global approach (such, for example and in priority, that a food adjustment) but especially, it remains a passive form of elimination. Therefore, without a change in lifestyle and without cleaning your body's filters, the waste products that have not been eliminated will be deposited in your tissues and will weaken the ground. The masseur will also be able to observe the presence of any adhesions.

These adhesions can be explained by the fact that the less movement there is: the more waste your connective tissue stores, the more gelatinous it becomes and the slower the blood and lymphatic circulation, the easier it is to get infections. Conversely, the more movement there is, the more liquid this tissue becomes and the more it promotes circulation, especially during a massage, by heating and liquefying the body.

Like waste, unexpressed emotions can become encapsulated in the body and create an emotional armor. When energy is blocked in the mind, massage becomes an essential relaxation technique to release psychic tensions and calm the mind. Thus, the body will act on the psyche by facilitating the emotional upwelling of the person.

It is therefore strongly advised to have a massage regularly to allow a re-harmonization of the body.

You can start with a soft massage to rebalance the nervous system and recover energy, and later on do a draining massage to help eliminate toxins.
